Work

I work for the government, when I first got the job I had a whole agenda with everything I learnt in university. I come to work and what do I see a bunch of people sitting in offices drinking tea and coffee reading the papers. I was ok they just spent the whole week working and there having a rest. Day after day I see the same thing happening, they are doing NOTHING!!! They just sit and complain and wait for their salaries. Is there a solution for every job there are 4 people working just getting paid? They need to go abroad and see how the real world is!!!!! The government is trying to make everyone happy but the people do not understand. Most the money Kuwait makes goes back to pay the people that I mentioned above. We need stricter rules at the working place we need to our people to be more productive so what’s the solution?
